Plotter Cylinder

Pneumatic Cylinder for cutter.  If Cylinder is sticking try spraying
WD40 in air inlet and cycling many times.  Twist Cylinder half rotation
or loosen slide mounting screws until cutter "snaps" up after being
pushed down.
