Mini Vacuum Blower

The inexpensive, but very powerful small pancake blower is high pressure and high volume. It is nosier than the radial blower and mounts directly to the vacuum table bottom without using plumbing.  The mini vac is rated for 500 hours. Use about 1 per 10′ of tabling. 0.7 Hp 110 VAC.  Often used for one-off projects.

Vacuum Blower Tips:

  • You cannot have too much vacuum.
  • Insulate Vacuum blowers to reduce noise.
  • Seal all joints with glue or plastic wrap to improve vacuum.
  • Close off unused table sections during cutting to improve vacuum (with blast gates or scrap material).
  • A good seal requires very little vacuum.
  • Try vacuum bagging with thin plastic sheet.
