Regenerative Vacuum Blower

The Regnerative Blower is our most industrial blower and is best for settings where a lot of vacuum is needed to prevent material shift. Use about one per each 20 feet of tabling. Available in 3Hp, 5HP, and 7HP models (all 3 phase power).  Multiple blowers can be tied to a single table.  Also good for multi-ply cutting.

Vacuum Blower Tips:

  • You cannot have too much vacuum.
  • Insulate Vacuum blowers to reduce noise.
  • Seal all joints with glue or plastic wrap to improve vacuum.
  • Close off unused table sections during cutting to improve vacuum (with blast gates or scrap material).
  • A good seal requires very little vacuum.
  • Try vacuum bagging with thin plastic sheet.
